TKC closed AIT deal to become the No. 1 shareholder, increasing to 34.90%

TKC completed a tender offer for AIT shares, acquiring up to 10% at THB 5.20 per share, totaling no more than THB 798.94 million — Becomes the No. 1 shareholder with 34.90% stake, increasing profit recognition from Investment in AIT.

Mr. Sayam Tiewtranon, Managing Director of Turnkey Communication Services Public Company Limited (TKC), announced that the Company has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand and submitted a report on the results of a Voluntary Partial Tender Offer for the securities of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited (AIT). TKC offered to purchase up to 153,641,557 shares, representing no more than 10.00% of AIT’s total issued and paid-up shares, at a price of THB 5.20 per share, with a total value not exceeding THB 798,936,096.40.

The tender offer period, which ran from June 4, 2025, to July 16, 2025, resulted in shareholders expressing intent to sell a total of 239,384,316 shares, equivalent to 15.58% of AIT’s total issued and paid-up shares.

Following the completion of the transaction, TKC will hold a total of 536,209,028 shares in AIT, representing up to 34.90% of AIT’s total issued and outstanding shares, thereby becoming the No. 1 shareholder. Prior to this transaction, TKC held 382,567,471 common shares, accounting for 24.90% of AIT’s total issued and outstanding common shares.
