Corporate Background

Turnkey Communication Services Public Company Limited or TKC was established in 2002 with a team of engineers with high levels of expertise and experience in telecommunication and ICT solutions and services.

Telecommunication The Company operates as a consultant and management of ICT solutions and services as well as modern communication technology. The Company designs the Digital Enterprise Solution, Radio Frequency Planning, switching center, and other outsource managed services. Furthermore, the Company provides other turnkey services of equipment outsourcing, installations, and maintenance.

ICT Solutions and Services The Company operates as a consultant, designer, developer, distributor and installer of computer network equipment, data communication systems, project management, system maintenance, and communication. This is to meet customers’ needs in order to respond to the government’s policy of Thailand 4.0 such as AI, IoT Smart City, Cyber Security, Billing Real Time Charging, Cloud Computing, DR Site, Service Provider, Routing & Switching, Security Solutions, Wireless Solutions, Network Optimizations, Video Solutions, Business Solutions, Enterprise Solution, Tactical Intelligent, Cyber Intelligent, etc. In addition, the Company has been expanding its business and increasing expertise in the internet network communication and database systems through the System Integrator and Implementer.

The Company has support personnel and professional engineers in telecommunication, ICT solutions and services, and other related areas. All of the personnel have experiences in implementing and managing information through ICT solutions and services for both public and private projects. Moreover, the Company is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 "Telecommunication and Data Communication Engineering Services" so that it has efficient working systems that can help deliver work within the contract periods resulting in customers’ and contractors’ trusts.

  • The Company was established and registered as a limited company with a registered capital of 5 million baht, initially starting as a telecommunications contractor for telecommunications service providers.
  • The Company has been certified with the ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality Management System Standard.
  • The Company increased its registered capital by 5 million baht, from the original 5 million baht to a total of 10 million baht.
  • The Company increased its registered capital by 20 million baht, from the original 10 million baht to a total of 30 million baht.
  • The Company entered the business of designing, planning, surveying, testing, and installing 3G telecommunications network systems.
  • The Company expanded into the data communications sector, undertaking the design, planning, surveying, testing, and installation of organizational communication network systems.
  • 12 January 2012
    The Company established Raytel Company Limited ("RAYTEL") with a registered capital of 2 million baht to engage in the telecommunications business.
  • 10 February 2012
    The Company acquired common shares of Turnkey Communication Services Plus Company Limited ("TKC PLUS") from shareholders who are not related parties. The Company holds a 40% stake. In 2019, TKC PLUS was renamed Paradigm Technology Services Company Limited (PTS).
  • The Company ranked among the TOP THREE telecommunications system installation contractors with the HIGHEST SALES for HUAWEI and became one of the service providers for ERICSSON equipment installation.
  • The Company participated in the project to install a data center backup system (Data Recovery (DR) Site) for the Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
  • The Company was invited to participate as a Global Supplier at HUAWEI's event.
  • The Company ranked among the TOP FIVE HIGHEST SALES performers for ERICSSON.
  • The Company won the bid for the procurement and installation project of the first phase of the 4G LTE Digital Communication Radio System for the Royal Thai Police (“RTP”), which utilizes Mission-Critical Push-to-Talk over LTE technology. This project represents an extension of the Company's expertise in telecommunications systems.
  • The Company was appointed as a Partner by HUAWEI.
  • The Company ranked among the TOP THREE telecommunications system installation service providers in buildings with the HIGHEST SALES for DTAC.
  • The Company ranked among the TOP THREE telecommunications system installation and equipment providers with the HIGHEST SALES for both HUAWEI and ERICSSON.
  • 11 January 2017
    The Company acquired a 99.60% stake in IBS Corporation Limited ("IBS"), a newly established company, to expand operations with ERICSSON and NOKIA.
  • 24 January 2017
    At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2017, a resolution was passed to increase the registered capital by 50 million baht, from the original 150 million baht to 200 million baht. This was achieved by issuing 500,000 new ordinary shares at a par value of 100 baht per share. The capital increase is intended to support operational liquidity and facilitate the procurement and installation of Phase 1 Digital Communication Radio Systems.
  • 9 May 2017 and 29 March 2019
    The Company acquired ordinary shares of PTS from the existing shareholder who is not related to the Company, increasing its ownership from 40.00% to 98.00%.
  • 7 November 2017
    The Company has divested all its investments in Raytel Company Limited, currently renamed as Pro Inside Company Limited, to external parties who are not related or affiliated with the Company.
  • During the transition from 3G to 4G LTE, the Company provided contract services for designing, installing, and testing 4G LTE networks, as well as quality assurance of mobile phone signals across various regions in the country.
  • The Company has been appointed as a Value Added Partner (VAP) by HUAWEI.
  • The Company ranked among TOP THREE contractors for installing telecommunications systems for both HUAWEI and ERICSSON.
  • The Company obtained a Type 1 Telecommunications Service License from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (“NBTC”) to operate telecommunications services from the year 2017 to 2025.
  • The Company obtained a Type 1 Internet Service Provider (ISP) License from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (“NBTC”) to operate Internet services from the year 2017 to 2022.
  • SKY ICT Public Company Limited ("SKY") acquired 680,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 100 baht per share, representing 34.0% of the total ordinary shares of the Company, from MR. PIMAN TIEWTRANON. The shares were paid for by issuing 91,500,000 ordinary shares of SKY at a par value of 0.50 baht per share. The transaction was completed on March 5, 2018.
  • The Company has been certified with the ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System Standard.
  • The Company was awarded the 4-star Certified Service Partner Enterprise Networking by HUAWEI.
  • The Company was appointed as a Value Added Partner (VAP) by HUAWEI.
  • The Company was appointed as a Gold Partner by ORACLE.
  • The Company received the Top Partner Award from VERINT.
  • The Company, in consortium with SKY, won the bid for the procurement and installation project of Phase 2 Digital Communication Radio Systems for the Royal Thai Police.
  • The Company was involved in operating fiber optic cable data transmission networks.
  • 1 January 2019
    Established a Public Safety Department to oversee the procurement and installation of Phase 2 Digital Communication Radio Systems, and to expand operations in the Public Safety sector.
  • Expanding services into other areas such as maintenance and leasing of long-term internet connectivity networks to generate consistent and sustainable revenue streams.
  • Commencing satellite internet and broadband network services for the Universal Service Obligation (USO) projects Phase 1 and Phase 2, which represent significant ongoing revenue streams for the Company with contracts extending until the year 2024.
  • Established a Service Operation Center (SOC) and a Call Center to enhance service standards for customers.
  • The Company has been directly approved as a vendor on the lists of TRUE and AIS, enabling it to directly receive projects from mobile telecommunications service providers without the need for subcontracting through other contractors.
  • 4 June 2019
    IBS increased its registered capital from 10 million baht to 30 million baht to enhance its qualifications for participating in bidding projects.

    PTS increased its registered capital from 1 million baht to 50 million baht.

  • The Company, in consortium with Information and Communication Networks Public Company Limited ("ICN"), won the bid for installing CAT FILTER projects from National Telecom Public Company Limited ("NT").
  • The Company, in consortium with Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited ("AIT") and Sky ICT Public Company Limited ("SKY"), won the bid for the Government Data Center and Cloud (GDCC) project of National Telecom Public Company Limited ("NT").
  • Won the bid for the data backup project supporting the comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure operations and Universal Service Obligation (USO Redundant) services of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC).
  • Expanding into new business areas such as IoT, AI, and Cloud to stay ahead in rapidly evolving technologies.
  • IBS, a subsidiary of the Company, has plans to invest in manufacturing EVITY Chargers for public electric vehicle charging.

    PTS, a subsidiary of the Company, has invested in Exdream Spirit Company Limited (“Exdream”), a newly established company, with a 50.60% stake, to engage in the e-SPORTS management business.

    At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the first half of 2021, resolutions were passed and approved
    • The Company changed its status from a Limited Company to a Public Limited Company and registered the change of status as Turnkey Communications Services Public Company Limited on June 28, 2021.
    • The par value per share has been changed from 100 Baht per share to 1 Baht per share.
    • The registered capital has been increased by 100 million Baht, from the original registered capital of 200 million Baht to 300 million Baht.
      • The Company allocated additional ordinary shares amounting to 22 million Baht to offer for sale to existing shareholders in proportion to their holdings. The Company has registered the capital increase with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on June 30, 2021.
      • The Company allocated additional ordinary shares amounting to 78 million Baht, divided into 78 million ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Baht per share, for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.
  • Won the bid for The Integrated and Smart Services Project for Meteorology and Earthquake Monitoring of the Meteorological Department, in collaboration with Scan ICT Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Scan Inter Public Company Limited, as part of a consortium.
  • Won the bid for The Real-Time Passenger Density Monitoring Project of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT"), which AOT plans to integrate with its COVID-19 alert and surveillance system.
  • 10 September 2021
    At the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2021 (2564), a resolution was passed to approve the purchase of ordinary shares in Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited ("BE8") from existing shareholders at the IPO price, with a total value not exceeding 20 million Baht. This acquisition aims to expand business opportunities in data communications. BE8 specializes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and has Salesforce, a leading global software distributor, as a key partner.
  • January 2022
    • The Company offered 78,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Baht per share, at an offering price of 18 Baht per share, totaling 1,404,000,000 Baht. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) was conducted from January 7-11, 2022, and the Company's shares began trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on January 17, 2022.
    • The Company entered into a joint venture agreement named Express World Tracking Joint Venture to bid for The Development Project of the Core Operating System for Thailand Post (THP CORE SYSTEM). The Company holds a 40.00% stake in the joint venture.

    • Paradigm Technology Services Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has invested in Eastgate Tech Company Limited ("EGT"), which operates in the fields of educational technology, IT training, and cybersecurity. EGT also provides electronic computer-based examinations, as well as software installation, sales, and development services. The investment represents a 48.00% stake in EGT.
  • March 2022
    • The Company entered into a joint venture agreement named TKK Joint Venture to bid for the Citizen Service Center project of the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau, Royal Thai Police. The Company holds a 51.00% stake in the joint venture.
  • May 2022
    • The Company restructured its business operations by adding a Digital Services Department, providing Digital Solutions Services.
  • July 2022
    • IBS Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has invested in Siam EV Corporation Limited, a newly established company. This company engages in the business of selling and leasing electric vehicles, operating electric charging stations, producing and selling electricity, and other electric energy-related businesses. The investment represents a 49.00% stake in Siam EV Corporation.
  • August 2022
    • IBS Corporation Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has invested in UIAT Company Limited, a newly established company. UIAT engages in the business of manufacturing and distributing electricity and renewable energy. The investment represents a 33.33% stake in UIAT.
    • Won the bid for the expansion project of the GDCC (VM) Service System, comprising 1 system, for National Telecom Public Company Limited ("NT"), in a consortium arrangement.
    • Won the bid for the lease contract of the Digital Trunked Radio System (DTRS) Project for Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT").
  • March 2023
    • IBS Corporation Limited (a subsidiary) has invested in Eastgate Tech Company Limited (an affiliated company), acquiring 51,000 shares priced at 110 Baht per share, totaling 5,610,000 Baht. The shares were purchased from Paradigm Technology Services Company Limited (a subsidiary).

    • The Company increased its registered capital by 100,000,000.00 Baht from the previous registered capital of 300,000,000.00 Baht to a total of 400,000,000.00 Baht. This was achieved by issuing 100,000,000 additional ordinary shares with a par value of 1.00 Baht per share, offered for sale to limited individuals (Private Placement) totaling 100,000,000 shares.
    • The Company purchased ordinary shares of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited ("AIT"), totaling 357,126,471 shares, equivalent to 24.38% of AIT's total issued and paid-up shares. The shares were acquired at a price of 6.80 Baht per share, amounting to a total of 2,428,460,002.80 Baht.

    • IBS Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has invested in ATA Testing (Thailand) Company Limited, which operates in the business of providing modern online learning and testing services on a global platform. The investment represents a 50.99% stake in ATA Testing (Thailand) Company Limited.
    • The Board of Directors of the Company appointed 3 representatives as Board members at the Board meeting No. 7/2023 (2566) held on October 9, 2023. They have also been appointed as directors of AIT according to the resolution passed at the Board meeting No. 5/2023 (2566) of AIT held on November 7, 2023.
